  • Performance training is a specialized approach designed to help athletes maximize their potential, excel in their sport, and reduce the risk of injury. By focusing on the unique demands of an athlete's discipline, performance training enhances strength, speed, endurance, agility, and mental resilience to gain a competitive edge.

    Performance training combines principles from kinesiology, biomechanics, and sports science. Programs are developed based on the athlete's:

    • Position and role in their sport.

    • Current performance metrics (e.g., sprint times, vertical jump height, etc.).

    • Movement analysis to identify inefficiencies or potential risks.

    Assessment - $300 + GST - 3 hours (2 session)

      • Bachata’s smooth and intimate style makes it perfect for social dancing, with different variations like Traditional, Modern, and Sensual.

    • Merengue:

      • Merengue is a fast-paced dance from the Dominican Republic, characterized by simple side-to-side footwork.

      • The dance emphasizes rhythm and movement, making it easy to learn and a lot of fun to perform.

      • Merengue is great for beginners as it doesn’t require complicated steps but still brings excitement to the dance floor.

    • Rueda de Casino

      • Origin: Rueda de Casino emerged in Havana, Cuba, in the 1950s and quickly became a popular group activity in Cuban social settings.

      • Formation: Dancers stand in a circle, often with several couples. The leader calls out commands that dictate the specific moves to be executed in unison by the group.

      • Partner Switching: One of the distinctive features of Rueda is that couples change partners throughout the dance, making it an exciting and energetic group experience.

      • Music: The dance follows the rhythm of Salsa music, but the steps can vary depending on the specific moves called by the leader.

    Italian Folk Dances

    1. Tarantella (Southern Italy):

      • Origin: The Tarantella is one of Italy’s most famous folk dances, particularly from the southern regions like Naples, Calabria, and Sicily.

    2. Pizzica (Puglia and Salento):
