Yoga Clinic: Align & Awaken

Roots & Rhythms Dance Fusion

Dance has always been a way for my soul to express my deepest sorrows and my greatest joys. It began organically, surrounded by Latin and African cultural and immersed in the music, the flavour of the drums, and the unspoken words in the beats. Syncing your heart beat and your souls dream to the vibrations that is felt through the body. The songs spoke to me in a way that words could not. I feel that dance is a way to breathe expression and experience. Dance has always felt intuitive in my body and has been a way to allow myself to experience and share my emotions and my essence. I thoroughly enjoy allowing a space for others to experience this energy and to expand their awareness of their body and their own ability to heal, process, connect and live in the present moment. This offering is a combination of many years of dancing, forms of instruction, as well as styles that speak to my heart. I hope you join me for this journey into the deep behind the beats.
